摘要 针对电脑横机电控系统中通信量大、电路集成度高的要求,利用FPGA丰富的逻辑资源,设计一种双口RAM并行通信模块.模块的总线位宽与存储空间,可根据不同的技术要求进行改变,提高了FPGA的利用率.由于传输数据种类繁多,模块中加入了Modbus总线协议,结合Modbus总线协议的错误识别能力,保证了高速传输数据的正确性和稳定性.测试结果表明,该模块通信效率高、集成度好、运行稳定,完全能够满足横机电控系统通信的要求. Making use of the abundant logic resources of Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA), one dual-port RAM parallel communication module is designed based on the requirement of a large quantity of communication traffic and high circuit integration in the electrical control system of a computer kni- ting machine. The bus width and memory space which was used for module could be adjusted in order to improve the utilization rate of FPGA based on different requirement. Because of the variety kinds of transmit data,the Modbus bus protocol was added in the module. And for the error recognition ability of the Modbus bus protocol, the data is transported more correctly and stably. The results show that this module has the characteristics of good flexibility and high intergration, run stably. It is fully able to meet the communication requirements of the electrical control system of a computer kniting machine.
