摘要
文化是维系社会整体有序化、规范化和良性运行的重要规则。文化冲突的负面影响是大学生信仰危机、道德危机、心理危机等产生的深层诱因。和谐文治以崇尚和谐为核心价值,以和谐文化为治理载体,以中国特色社会主义核心价值体系为核心内容,注重以人为本、以"文"化人,是当前高校大学生危机治理的善治理念和有效路径。高校应树立和谐文治理念,充分发挥和谐文化在治理大学生危机中的导向预防、协调化解、安全保障、疏导调适等综合功能。
Culture is important in maintaining, regulating and operating social order. Negative effect of cultural conflict is the deep cause of belief crisis, moral crisis, and psychological crisis. Harmonious culture governance makes harmonious as the core value, takes the harmonious culture as the governing body, and the Chinese characteristic socialism core value system as the core content, focuses on people-oriented, people with culture. It is the good governance and effective path to govern the crisis of the current college students. Colleges and universities should set up the idea of harmonious culture administration, and give full play to guide harmonious culture in the governance of college students in crisis prevention, restriction, coordinate to resolve, security, ease and adjust these crisis.
