摘要
目前通信应用中出现的组织日趋复杂、业务多元化、通信站日趋庞大 ,人们对通信节点的生存能力和信息传输的灵活、快速、准确、保密、不间断的要求也越来越高。借鉴国外的通信思想和通信组织方法 ,根据国内用户的实际要求和设备 ,结合多年的研发经验 ,我们自行研发了多媒体综合通信系统。本文主要介绍该系统中的一个关键部分—通信链路管理软件。其作用主要是对各通信业务的管理和选择最佳的通信方式和通信链路。
In this paper, the authors mainly introduce the design and implementation of the link management software, which is the key of the multimedia integrated communication system. There are two functions of the link management software. One is management of communication operation and the other is election of the best transmission mode and the best communication link.
