摘要
对小直径滑动轴承套类制件的加工工艺进行了分析,介绍了一种小直径滑动轴承套类制件预成形模具的设计及模具的工作过程。阐述了轴承套制件卷圆前预成形加工中应注意的事项。为从事圆套类模具设计的技术人员在设计工作中提供参考。
The small diameter of the sliding bearing sleeve parts processing technology are analyzed, this paper introduces a kind of small diameter sliding bearing sleeve parts preforming die design and working process of die. Elaborated the bearing sleeve parts volume park before the preforming process matters needing attention. Is engaged in a type of die design and technical personnel in the design work to provide a reference point.
