摘要
目的:分析临床医学专业定向培养生的床边教学成绩,探讨床边教学改革的措施及效果。方法:比较不同教学医院2009级定向培养生的床边教学各科成绩以及床边教学试卷中A1型题和A2型题的得分率。结果:床边教学成绩部分教学医院的单科得分率低于50%,床边教学试卷中A1型题和A2型题的得分率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:床边教学能提高学生解决临床实际问题的能力,对于培养实用型全科医学人才具有一定的借鉴作用。
Objective: To analyze the bedside teaching exanms of directional training students of the clinical medicine specialty to explore the measures and effects of teaching reform. Methods: The results of bedside teaching exams of different teaching hospital of the grade 2009 direc-tional training students were compared, and the results of scoring rate of AI type problem and A2 type problem in the bedside teaching exams were also compared. Results: The scoring rate of single course of some teaching hospitals is less than 50%. The difference was not statistically significant in the scoring rate of A1 type problem and A2 type problem ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: The teaching reform of bedside teaching could improve students' ability to solve practical problems, which is significant in cultivation of practical general medical personnel.
