摘要
目的:分析临床医学专业定向培养生的床边教学成绩,探讨床边教学改革的措施及效果。方法:比较不同教学医院2009级定向培养生的床边教学各科成绩以及床边教学试卷中A1型题和A2型题的得分率。结果:床边教学成绩部分教学医院的单科得分率低于50%,床边教学试卷中A1型题和A2型题的得分率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:床边教学能提高学生解决临床实际问题的能力,对于培养实用型全科医学人才具有一定的借鉴作用。
Objective： To analyze the bedside teaching exanms of directional training students of the clinical medicine specialty to explore the measures and effects of teaching reform. Methods： The results of bedside teaching exams of different teaching hospital of the grade 2009 direc-tional training students were compared, and the results of scoring rate of AI type problem and A2 type problem in the bedside teaching exams were also compared. Results： The scoring rate of single course of some teaching hospitals is less than 50%. The difference was not statistically significant in the scoring rate of A1 type problem and A2 type problem （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The teaching reform of bedside teaching could improve students＇ ability to solve practical problems, which is significant in cultivation of practical general medical personnel.
