摘要
目的:对比研究信息及时反馈、结果反馈与不反馈在临床导尿术教学中的应用价值。方法:随机将泌尿外科临床实习生33人分为三组,及时反馈、结果反馈与不反馈组,各自11人,分别对三组实习生导尿术操作进行评估,并对评估结果进行及时、结果及不反馈,再次对三组实习生导尿术操作进行评估,统计学分析比较三组反馈前后的评估结果。结果:及时反馈与结果反馈组的第二次导尿操作水平较不反馈组明显提高,具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);而及时反馈组及结果反馈组之间没有明显差异。结论:及时开展教学评价结果信息反馈工作,能更好地提高学生分析、解决问题的能力,更能有针对性地提高临床实习生的操作技能。
Objective: To compare the application value of information timely feedback, result feedback and no feedback in clinical catheteriza-tion teaching. Methods: 33 clinical interns in department of urology were randomly divided into three groups, timely feedback, result feedback and no feedback group, each 11. The authors respectively assessed the results of catheterization of the three groups of interns, told the results through timely feedback, result feedback and no feedback, reassessed the results of catheterization of the. three groups of interns and statistically analyzed the results of assessment before and after feedback. Results: The level of the second catheterization in timely feedback and result feedback group was higher than that in no feedback ( P 〈 0.01 ), but there was no different between timely feedback and result feedback group. Conclusions: To timely develop the information feedback of the results of teaching evaluation can better improve the analyzing and prob-lem-solving abilities and be a target for improving the clinical skills of interns.
