在科技迅速发展、社会不断进步的新时期,石油企业面临着新要求、新挑战,企业人才培养成为企业发展的重要因素。石油高校与石油企业合作开展继续教育是培养企业高素质复合型技术人才的需要,是提高企业竞争力的基本保证。石油校企合作发展继续教育才能满足社会和石油行业对人才的需求。
In the new period when science develops quickly and society improves greatly, petroleum enterprises are facing new demands and challenges. Meanwhile, cultivating talents is one important factor for enterprises＇ development. Therefore, carrying out continuing education based on the cooperation between petroleum universities and petroleum enterprises can meet the demands of cultivating high - quality and comprehensive technology talents, and ensure to improve enterprise＇ competence. Only by such cooperation can it supply enough competent talents for petroleum enterprises and society.
