摘要
Graves病患者常合并胸腺增生,但在临床上经常被忽视。本文报道了1例Graves病并发胸腺增生患者,主诉为"眼球突出半年余,发热2 d",有典型的高代谢症状,怕热、多汗、心悸、体质量下降等;查体发现甲状腺弥漫性肿大,伴有手颤、突眼;实验室检查发现甲状腺功能异常及甲状腺抗体水平增高;胸部CT检查发现胸腺异常团块影。
Patients with Graves disease are generally combined with thymic hyperplasia, but is usually neglected clini- cally. This paper reports a case of Graves disease combined with thymic hyperplasia. The chief complaints of the patient are ocu- lar proptosis for six months and fever for two days, showing typical hypermetabolism symptoms like fear of hot, hidrosis, palpita- tion and weight loss. Physical examination shows thyroid diffuse enlargement as well as hand tremor and ocular proptosis, and la- boratory tests shows thyroid dysfunction and increased thyroid antibody. Chest CT shows abnormal masses in thymus.
