摘要
通过对某小区现浇混凝土桩的检测,分析了产生工程质量事故的原因。分析结果表明,混凝土坍落度偏大,桩孔内抽水不干净等不规范施工导致工程质量事故,所以,必须保证建筑材料合格,施工配合比要考虑现场原材料含水量变化和现场实际情况,同时还要进行规范的施工控制和严格的监控管理,才能确保混凝土工程质量。
Monitoring survey to R.C. piles in some site discovers pile quality defection, and further analysis shows the causes are larger slump concrete and nonstandard manipulation -- residual water cleating failure before concrete placement. So it must guarantee R.C. construction equality only when building material is eligible, and mix proportions takes raw material water content into consideration, and construction procedure is fit to correlative specification and is under rigid monitoring management.
