摘要
为对水库生态调度方案进行合理评价并选优,本文采用变化范围(RVA)法,对燕山水库下游官寨水文站1954—2000年日均流量资料进行统计分析,并根据分析所得32个水文改变指标(IHA)变化范围确定了环境流量范围。结合目前常用几种生态流量计算方法提出9种生态流量方案,建立生态调度模型,模拟日放水过程。根据模拟日调度流量结果计算各指标的水文改变度,并对其进行分析。最后,根据分析结果,提出了使社会经济目标与生态目标均衡优化的综合效益最优调度方案。
To evaluate and optimize the schedule of reservoir ecological operation, this paper adopts the range of variability approach (RVA) for statistic analysis of the mean daily flow at Guanzhai hydrologic station downstream to the Yanshan reservoir for the period 1954 -2000, and determines the range of environmental flow through calculation of 32 indicators of hydrologic alteration (1HA). Combining several common methods of ecological flow calculation, we suggest nine ecological flow plans, establish an ecological operation model, and simulate the daily flow hydrograph. Then these IHAs are calculated and analyzed using simulations of daily flow operation. Finally, the reservoir operation schedules that can optimize the socio-economic and ecological benefits are formulated.
