摘要
地下入岩连续墙施工机械配套形式多样、复杂,施工组织难度大,依托南昌地铁秋水广场站地下入岩连续墙施工实践,对各类钻机配合抓斗成槽机施工地下入岩连续墙工艺特点进行调研总结,优化采用"旋挖钻机配合冲击钻机破碎岩层、成槽机取土成槽"的施工工艺,并采取主副孔引孔策略和针对不同地层灵活换用各类钻机并合理组织等方式,有效提高了成槽入岩施工效率。
The matching modes of construction machinery of diaphragm walls inserted into rocks are versatile and com-plex, and the construction organization is difficult. The characteristics of the construction of diaphragm walls inserted into rocks by different machines are studied and summarized,with the construction of diaphragm walls of Qiushui Square Sta-tion of Nanchang Metro as an example. The construction technologies are optimized and rational technologies are used. As a result,the construction efficiency is improved.
