摘要
在高等教育阶段,实验教学是培养学生创新精神和实践能力的重要手段之一。但是,长期以来实验教学处于从属于、依附于理论教学的地位,没有得到足够的重视。因而,实验教学地位不高,使部分教师缺乏从事实验教学的积极性。该文以哈尔滨工程大学在实验教学队伍建设方面的改革与实践为例,重点阐述了解决实验教学从属地位的关键是提高实验教学队伍的地位,使实验教学队伍脱离"教辅"的行列,真正成为教师队伍重要组成部分,这是该文的重要观点和改革取得的主要成果。
Experimental teaching in higher education is one of the most important means in cultivating innova- tive spirit and practical abilities of students, which has been neglected for a long time, resulting in a lower teaching status. Taking the experimental teaching reform of Harbin Engineering University as an example, this article focuses on how to raise the teachers＇ status in experimental teaching and to build a high level team.
