电弧炉炼钢烟气脱除二恶英/呋喃工艺系统 被引量:3

DIOXIN/FURANE REMOVING PROCESS SYSTEM FOR STEELMAKING GAS IN ELECTRIC ARC FURNACE

摘要 二恶英/呋喃是强致癌物,电弧炉炼钢烟气中二恶英/呋喃含量达到1.5~10ngTEQ/m3,严重危害了周边居民的身体健康。重点介绍了石家庄瀚洋科技公司开发的电弧炉炼钢烟气脱除二恶英/呋喃工艺。该工艺以优化活性焦为吸附剂,在原有电弧炉烟气除尘工艺中,选择恰当的接口安装脱二恶英/呋喃工艺设备,形成电弧炉脱二恶英/呋喃工艺系统。不仅治理了烟气粉尘,而且脱除了二恶英/呋喃,同时该工艺效率高,成本低,无二次污染。 Dioxin/furane is a kind of strong carcinogen. Its content in gas of steelmaking with electric arc fur- nace is about 1.5 to 10 ngTEQ/m3 , and would seriously undermine health of the surrounding residents. It is introduced in emphasis the dioxin/furane removing process for gas of steelmaking with electric arc furnace, developed by Shijiazhuang Hanyang Science and Technology Company. In the process the optimized activa- ted coke is used as absorbing substance, the dioxin/furane removing equipment is fixed at suitable interface in the original gas dust removing system of electric are furnace, and so a dioxin/furane removing process system for electric arc furnace formed. So this system can not only collect gas dust but also remove dioxin/furane, has high efficiency and low cost without secondary pollution.
