介绍了宣钢原料场通过技术改造优化作业线及货位布置。运用JIT原理加强内部管理等措施,显著降低了生产成本,提高了原料场铁混料的产量和质量,满足了烧结对原料的需求。
It is introduced the technical reformation in raw material field of Xuan Steel to optimize working line and cargo space. With measures of applying JIT principle and strengthening inner management, the pro- duction cost obviously reduced, the output of iron mixture increased and its quality improved, the require- ment of sintering for raw material met.
