摘要
介绍了新一代可编程计算机控制器(PCC)调速器的技术特点,并结合天生桥一级水力发电厂调速器改造的工程实践,对改造过程中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了处理措施。
An introduction was made on the technical characteristics of governor equipped with new generation of PCC. Combined with the upgrade of governor at Tian Sheng Qiao -I Hydro-power Plant, the authors analyze the problems during upgrade and put forward solutions.
