摘要
青川县竹园镇青竹江防洪堤工程竹园坝段防洪堤全长3.1 km。设计中在确保城市防洪安全前提下,将生态工程学原理纳入水利工程中,针对河道现状采用不同的结构设计型式,尽量拉近人与自然、人与水的距离,减少硬质驳坎带来的负面影响,综合考虑城建、道路的建设,将本堤防工程作为一项城市综合性工程考虑,特别对堤防基础的防冲加固措施进行了深入的分析,并采取了相应的工程措施。
The Zhuyuan dam section of Qingzhujiang River Flood Protection Project located at Zhuyuan town of Qin- gchuan County has a total length of 3. lkm. The principle of ecological engineering was fit into hydraulic design un- der the prerequisite that urban flood protection safety is guaranteed. Various structural schemes were designed ac- cording to the current status of river course, shortening the distance between human and nature or water; alleviating negative impact from hard structures; taking into account municipal and road construction, i.e. designing this dike project as it is a comprehensive municipal work. Thorough analysis was made on the scouring resistance and rein- forcement of dike foundation before corresponding engineering measures were adopted.
