摘要
水平衡分析对城市水资源合理配置、提高水系统效率以及城市水务管理具有重要意义。以北海市辖区2009-2011年各项水量数据建立水量平衡模型,推导了水量平衡概化公式,检验了城市水量平衡关系,并分析了水资源系统各部分组成的合理性,最后给出了一些对策。初步研究表明,北海市辖区水平衡性较好,水资源系统具备可持续性。
Water balance analysis is important for rational allocation of urban water resources and improving effi- ciency of water system and urban water management. A water balance model was set up based on relevant water quantity data of Beihai City from 2009 to 2011 to deduce the generalized formula of water balance, verify the urban water balance relationship, and analyze the rationality of the combination of urban water resource system. Some countermeasures were put forward. The results of preliminary study demonstrate the urban water system of Beihai City is in balance with sustainability.
