浅谈全氧燃烧浮法玻璃熔窑的设计 被引量:2

摘要 以600t/d全氧燃烧浮法玻璃熔窑设计方案为例,从热工计算、窑体结构、耐火材料选用等方面进行详细分析,并根据目前行业实际情况对全氧燃烧与空气燃烧两种浮法玻璃熔窑优缺点进行比较,提出切实可行的全氧浮法玻璃熔窑设计方案。 Pure oxygen combustion furnace can save fuel, reduce NOx emissions directly, reduce the pollution to the environment, improve the stability of melting process, melting capacity and glass quality, lower furnace construction and cold repair costs, and reduce furnace footprint and refractory materials usage. Especially for the production of high quality float glass and special glass with high added value, using more advanced pure oxygen combustion process and the glass melting process is particularly urgent and important. Based on the pure oxygen combustion design of 600t/d float glass furnace, detailed analysis was made from the view .of thermal calculations, furnace structure, refractory selection and so on. According to current industry practices, through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of pure oxygen combustion furnace and air combustion furnace, it presents a feasible pure oxygen combustion float glass furnace design scheme.
