摘要
本文对目前船舶行业科研院所的科研项目计划管理在多项目环境下存在的问题做出了分析,提出了建立科研院所科研项目评价指标体系,对项目进行分类管理的建议,对提高船舶行业科研院所的科研计划管理水平有一定的积极作用。
For ship industry＇s scientific research institutions, this paper analyzed multi- project scheme management problems at present, establish estimate system and put forward the instance of classification management multi-project. The results show that using the esti- mate system to manage multi-project could improve management level.
