Technology of Grouting Reinforcement to Avoid Spalling in Overhand Mining Coal Seam and Its Application

摘要 回采过程中,综采面若受向斜轴部及断层的影响,一般应力较为集中,顶板压力大,顶板及煤体易破碎,加之工作面为仰采,煤壁易片帮,易引发顶板事故,给安全生产带来威胁。提出仰采时对煤层进行注浆加固的措施,使破碎的煤、岩体形成整体,提高煤与顶板的整体强度,减少回采期间片帮现象。该技术在陈四楼煤矿21110综采面得到成功应用,避免了仰采时煤体和顶板的严重破碎对推进的影响,提高了回采安全系数。 The stress is relatively concentrated and the roof pressure is high if fully-mechanized working face suffers the influence of axial part of the syncline and the faults in coal winning. The roof as well as coal mass is easy to break. Combined with working face for o- verhand mining,coal wall spalling and roof accidents often happen,which threatens safety production. Coal wall grouting reinforcement was put forward to reinforce coal seam in overhand mining,which makes the crushing coal and rock mass combined as a whole, enhances the overall strength of coal and roof,and also reduces the incidence of coal wall spa/ling. This technology was applied successfully on 21110 working face in Chensilou Coal Mine, avoided the influence of severe fracture of coal mass and roof on face advancing in overhead mining, and improved the safety factor of mining.
