摘要
实验室是一个特殊工作场所,其安全管理涉及多方面的因素。尽管高校和研究机构等实验室中有各自的管理制度,但很多因素仍未考虑到安全管理体系中,导致安全事故时有发生。出于对众多学生和从业人员的健康、以及环境的保护和减少国家财产损失的考虑,建立实验室安全管理系统是十分必要的。
The laboratory is a special workplace where many factors were involved in the safety management. Although laboratory rules and regulations were made by universities and institutions, safety incidents happen sometimes because there is no reliable and integrated laboratory safety management system. Taking the safety of employees and students, environmental protection and the reduction of property losses, it is essential and necessary to construct an integrated laboratory safety management system.
