摘要
文章运用讨价还价模型、复制动态方程等博弈论工具,结合我国实际分析了企业社会责任的形成机理问题。得到如下基本结论:不对等的博弈格局是导致企业疏于承担社会责任的根本原因,而一定强度的政府参与与介入是扭转当前局面的关键。为此,必须尽快建立并完善正式与非正式激励机制,加大正反激励力度,强化监管人员的考核以及相应的责任追究制度,保证监管水平;同时,积极引进西方行之有效的惩罚性赔偿与代表诉讼制度,强化社会组织功能,提升利益相关者的博弈能力。
This paper uses bargaining modal, replication dynamic equationand on theory tools, and has analyzed our country enter- prise social responsibility formation and evolution problem. It shows that a certain intensity of government participation and intervention is reverse current enterprise faihLre to bear social responsibility situation key. It has to establish and perfect the social responsibility of the en- terprise incentive mechanism, increase the positive and negative incentive strength, strengthen supervision personnel performance appraisal and the corresponding respensibility system to ensure the supervision dynamics as soon as possible. At the same time, this paper actively introduces western effective punitive damages and representative litigation system, strengthen the social organization function, in the ascension stakeholders game ability at the same time, and stimulates members of society supervision and enthusiasm.
