摘要
基层干部对农村突发公共卫生事件的应急管理具有关键性作用。当前农村基层干部在应急反应过程中存在许多问题。应从转变农村基层干部思想观念、完善基层干部选用制度、加强农村基层干部队伍应急管理培训和健全应急反应奖惩制度等几方面进行改进,从而增加农村基层干部的应急反应能力,使农村突发公共卫生事件得到及时有效地控制。
Grassroots cadres play a key role in controlling public health emergency in rural areas. Presently, there are many problems in emergency response process for grassroots cadres. We should transform the ideas of grassroots cadres, improve the se- lection system if grassroots cadres, to strengthen the emergency management training for grassroots cadres, to perfect the emergency response reward system, thereby increasing the emergency response capacity of grassroots cadres timely and effective control the pub- lic health emergencies in rural areas.
