铝合金压铸件内存在的小孔会影响零件的气密性和抗压性能，采取浸渗工艺可对其进行补漏，并能提高压铸件的性能。介绍了浸渗工艺的原理、浸渗剂的选取、浸渗设备、浸渗步骤、浸渗后的检测方法及在生产中的注意事项。
The small holes in the aluminum alloy die castings are likely to affect the air - tightness and press resistance performance of the parts. To improve casting performance, the infiltration technology can be used for filling up the holes. This paper presents following items: the principle of the infiltration technology, selection of the infusion, infiltration equipment, infiltration procedures, inspection method after the infiltration, and the notices in the production.
