摘要
利用挤压丝锥加工螺纹孔可提高产品质量。列举了在加工时因使用方法不当而存在的一些问题。介绍了利用挤压丝锥加工的前提条件、工艺参数的选择，以及怎样根据被加工螺纹孔的材质来选择不同形式的挤压丝锥及润滑方式。
Thread quality can be improved by the use of squeezing taps. Some problems resulted from the inproper use of the tap during the process are listed. The preconditions of using squeezing tap and selection of technology parameter are presented. Besides, how to select different squeezing taps and lubrication methods according to the processed materials is introduced.
