摘要
双语教学是顺应教育国际化大趋势的重要举措,在食品科学专业上应用双语教学培养食品人才的重要性越来越突出。主要讨论了食品科学概论中应用双语教学产生的问题以及改进建议,以促进双语教学在食品科学领域的应用。
Bilingual teaching is an important measure to comply with the educational global trend. It is urgent to educate undergraduate by bilingual teaching in the food science major. The main problems in bilingual teaching of introduction of food science and the improvement suggestions are discussed in this paper to improve the usage of bilingual teaching in the field of food science.
