摘要
产品质量控制图分为计量控制图和计数控制图，应用计数控制图中的Ｐ图可对汽车装配过程中每个螺栓的装配质量进行实时监控，对装配过程的异常情况实时报警，并可离线查询装配过程数据。介绍了Ｐ图的数据库和应用程序的编制过程。
The product quality control chart. can be divided into measurement control chart and counting control chart. In the automobile assembly process, the P chart plays important part. With P counting control chart, the inspector can perform real - time monitor to the assembly quality of each bolt, give real - time warning of the abnormal situation and make off - line inquiries into the assembly data. This paper introduces the database of the P chart and the programming process of the application program.
