摘要
通过平板计数法研究了NaOH、Na2CO3、NaH-CO3、Na2SO3、Na2S2O3、FeCl2和Na3C6H5O7等7种氯气洗消剂对土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌数量的影响。结果表明,每种洗消剂对土壤中微生物的数量都有一定程度的抑制,并且随着洗消剂浓度的增加,微生物存活率降低;碱性越大的洗消剂危害也相对较大;将7种洗消剂对土壤中微生物的影响按从小到大的顺序排列为:Na2S2O3<FeCl2<Na2SO3<Na3C6H5O7<NaHCO3<Na2CO3<NaOH;Na2S2O3对土壤微生物量的影响最小,可作为环保的氯气洗消剂。
The effect of 7 chlorine dlsmlectants, including NaOH, Na2CO3, NaHCO3, Na2SO3, Na2S2O1, FeCl2 and Na3C6H5O7. on the number of soil bacteria, actinomyeete and fungus was measured through the plate count method. The re sults showed that each disinfectant had inhibition on the amo,nt of soil microbes, and the survival rate decreased when the con centration increased~ the damage increases with the alkalinc; sort by size of the damage is: Na2S2O3〈 FeCl2 〈Na2eSO 〈2 Na3C6H5O7 〈NaHCO3 〈 Na2CO3 〈 NaOH, Na2 S2O3 has the minimum influence on the number of soil microorganisms, trod could be selected as environmental protecting chlorine disinfect ant.
