摘要
建立食品包装材料中可迁移双酚A的气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)检测方法。比较了甲醇水浴振荡提取法、超声提取法和索氏提取法,结果表明索氏提取法效果明显,考察索氏提取时间对提取效果的影响。在试验选定的最佳条件下,用于食品包装材料中可迁移双酚A的检测,样品加标回收率为90.1%~97.2%,方法检出限为0.50μg/kg,相对标准偏差小于3.7%。
A method for the determination of bisphenol A (BPA) in food packing materials was developed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). During the extraction process, the water extraction by precipitation with methanol, ultrasonic extraction and soxhlet extraction were compared. The result indicated that the soxhlet extraction showed best. Additionally, the effect of the soxhlet extraction time was investigated. Under the optimal condition of determination, the recovery was in the range of 90.1%-97.2 % , and the decteetion limit of 0.50μg/kg, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was below 3.7 %.
