摘要
医疗卫生行业较高的专业性,广大群众缺乏医疗行业的深入了解以及相关医学知识的欠缺,使得医患之间的矛盾日渐突出。急诊室作为医院的最前线,急诊病人需求急切、病情变化较快、人员的流动性大,医护关系的建立和维系时间短暂诸多现实问题,使急诊室成为了危机事件的高发区、医患纠纷的多发地带,在急诊护理管理中建立和完善危机管理显得非常重要。
