摘要
目的:探讨精细化护理对预防皮肤创伤修复术后感染的意义。方法:选取2010年1月-2012年6月于本院进行皮肤创伤修复术的120例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(精细化护理),每组各60例,后将两组患者的感染发生率及护理前、护理后5d、10d的预防知识掌握情况及预防意识程度进行统计及比较。结果:观察组的感染发生率低于对照组,护理后5d、10d的预防知识掌握较佳率和预防意识较高率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理对预防皮肤创伤修复术后感染发挥着积极的临床作用。
Objective：To study the significance of intensive nursing in preventing the infection after skin wound repair.Method：120 patients with skin wound repair in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group （routine nursing group）and observation group（intensive nursing group）with 60 cases in each group,then the infection rate and prevention knowledge mastering situation and prevention awareness degree before and after the nursing at fifth and tenth day of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result：The infection rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,the better rate of prevention knowledge mastering and higher rate of prevention awareness after the nursing at fifth and tenth day were all higher than those of control group were all higher than those of control group,all P〈0.05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion：The intensive nursing plays an an active clinical role in preventing the infection after skin wound repair.
