芬太尼与硬膜外麻醉预防腹腔镜手术全麻苏醒期躁动的临床观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的：观察芬太尼与硬膜外麻醉预防腹腔镜手术全麻苏醒期躁动的效果与安全性.方法：择期行腹腔镜手术患者60例, ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,随机均分为三组,C组采用瑞芬太尼血浆靶控,S组低血浆浓度瑞芬靶控并于术中间隔30 min静注芬太尼,F组低血浆浓度瑞芬靶控＋T9~10硬膜外麻醉.观察术后躁动程度,并记录嗜睡、呼吸抑制等不良反应的发生率.结果：S组与F组躁动发生率明显低于C组（P〈0.05）.结论：芬太尼与硬膜外麻醉均可以明显减少腹腔镜手术全麻苏醒期躁动的发生,并减少PACU曲马多用量.
