摘要
本文研究了分别加入0.5%、1.0%和1.5%Nd的挤压变形Mg一4Zn—O.5Zr合金经T5、T6热处理后的显微组织、拉伸性能和断裂行为,探讨了热处理对合金的组织与性能的影响。结果表明:晶粒尺寸按T6态、挤压态和T5态的顺序依次减小。三种舍金的拉伸性能均随Nd含量增加呈先升后降的趋势。T6处理使合金的拉伸性能降低,T5处理则有效地提高了合金的拉伸性能。
The microstructures, tensile properties and fracture behaviors for extruded Mg--4Zn--0. 5Zr alloys containing 0. 5%, 1.0% and 1.5%Nd after T5 and T6 heat treatments were investigated. And the influence of heat treatment on both microstructure and property of the alloy was determined. The results show that the grain size reduces according to the order of T6 treated, extruded and T5 treated states. With increasing the Nd content, the tensile properties of three alloys firstly in- crease and then decrease. Although the T6 treatment leads to a decrease in the tensile properties of the extruded Mg--4Zn-- xNd--0. 5Zr alloys, the T5 treatment can effectively improve the tensile properties of the alloys.
