高职教师的专业发展水平是培养高素质人才最重要的保证,开展课题研究可以促进教师职业知识、职业技能、职业道德水平的提高,促进教师专业自主发展。以课题研究为平台促进教师专业发展不失为一个有效的重要途径。
The professional development level of higher vocational teachers is the most important guarantee tocultivate high-quality talents. Developing subject study can improve vocational teacher＇ knowledge, skill, pro- fessional moral level and promote their independent development. Promoting the teachers＇ professional devel- opment based on the platform of subject study is regarded as an important and effective way.
