摘要
文章对变容二极管直接调频电路的静态调制特性和动态调制特性进行了分析与仿真,仿真结果表明电路的各项性能与理论分析结果相一致;在仿真数据的基础上进行了曲线拟合,拟合数据与理论相一致,并且能显示出一些无法用电子仪器设备显示的波形和曲线,使结果更直观,更易于理解。
The static modulation characteristics and dynamic modulation characteristics of the varactor frequency modulation circuit were analyzed and simulated. The circuit properties obtained by simulation are consistent with those of theoretical analysis. The result of curve fitting with simulation data is also consistent with those of theoretical calculation. Some waveform and curve that can not be displayed on electronic equipment are obtained, making the results more intuitive and easier to understand.
