摘要
提高蓄调雨水的能力 ,是我国亚热带丘岗区农业持续发展的核心问题之一。通过对其基本组成单元——自然集雨区 ,实施系统内水分循环利用动态平衡的雨水蓄调工程。实践证明 :运用农田小水利建设形式 ,改善生产条件 ,可将雨水资源利用率提高到 6 0 % ,将雨水的蓄调量与可蓄调量的比率提高 1倍 ;能基本克服或减轻区域性的季节性干旱的危害和成灾 ;支持农业的持续发展和耕地后备资源的开发 ;并具有良好生态、经济、社会效益。因此 ,在推进我国亚热带丘岗区农业持续发展的进程中 ,对雨水工程蓄调应予强化。
Sharpening the ability to store and allocate rainwater is one of key problems for sustainable development of agriculture in subtropical hilly area of China,Water circulation and utilization in agro-ecosystems can reach dynamic equilibrium.It has been practically proved that the application of the construction from of water conservancy works and the measures improving production conditionscan raise utilization rate of rainwater resourxces to 60%,the ratio of the tetaining and allocating amount of rainwater to the retainable and allocatable amountof rainwater can double,harm and disaster caused by regional and seasonal aridity can be overcome basically or reduced and it supports sustainable development of agriculture and the exploitation of reserve resources of cultivated land with good ecologic,economic and social benefit,And therefore engineering storage and allocation ofrainwater should be strengthened in the course of carrying sustainable development of agricculture in subtropical hilly area of China.
