摘要
中西部地区中小企业在地区经济发展中发挥着重要作用,融资难一直伴随着中小企业的成长。化解中小企业融资难状况,促进中小企业健康发展是中西部地区经济发展过程中的一个重要问题。
The medium and small-sized enterprises in central and western regions of China play an important role in regional economic development. Difficulty in financing has been accompanied by the growth of the medium and small-sized enterprises. To resolve the difficult situation of financing, and promote the healthy development have become an important issue in the process of economic development in central and western regions.
