摘要
目的观察预防性树脂充填对第一恒磨牙窝沟龋充填治疗的临床疗效。方法对第一恒磨牙窝沟龋分别用窝沟封闭剂、光固化流体树脂、光固化复合树脂进行封闭充填,并随访观察疗效。结果预防性树脂充填比传统的树脂充填方法较好,充填3年后观察,继发龋的发生率明显降低。用光固化流体树脂、光固化复合树脂和窝沟封闭剂充填封闭3年,充填物完全保留率分别为87.5%,75.0%,光固化流体树脂的完全保留率高于光固化复合树脂和窝沟封闭剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防性复合树脂充填是一种治疗与预防相结合的方法,不仅能对窝沟龋给予治疗,同时还能对牙齿的其他窝沟进行封闭,杜绝患牙再次治疗的风险,值得临床大力推广。
Objective To observe the preventive resin filling of the first permanent molar fissure caries filling treatment of clinical efficacy. Methods The first permanent molar fissure caries respectively with fissure sealant, light curing fluid resin, light cured composite resin f＇dling are closed, and were followed up to observe curative effect.Results The preventive resin filling is better than traditional resin filling method ,After 3 years filling ,secondary caries incidence decreased obviously. Light curing fluid resin, After 3 years with light cured composite resin and fissure sealant filling, composite filling retention rate is 88.6% and 74.4%, uv-curable fluid resin completely retention rate is higher than cured composite resin and fissure sealant group, the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The preventive composite resin filling is a kind of combining treatment and prevention of the method of combining, It not only gives treatment to the pit and fissure caries, but also the teeth of the other fissure wiIl be closed, put an end to this tooth of being treated again. It is worthy be popularized in clinic.
