德、美、澳三国职业教育模式及其启示 被引量：3

摘要 德、美、澳三国的职业教育各具特色:德国以"双元制职业教育模式"著称,美国以"能力本位职业教育模式"闻名,澳大利亚以"技术与继续教育模式"遐迩。三国职业教育共同的成功经验主要在于完善的法律保障,建立统一的资格认证体系,建立统一的资格认证体系,职业教育资金充裕。通过探索、总结和借鉴三国职业教育的先进教育模式,结合我国职业教育实际情况,提出了发展我国职业教育的四项措施,以促进我国职业教育更快、更好的发展。
