摘要
利用多体动力学软件ADAMS建立磁保持继电器动作机构模型。采用有限元分析软件Ansys建立触头簧片模型,并对簧片反力进行有限元分析。结合ADAMS和Ansys软件在刚性体与柔性体仿真方面的各自优势,对磁保持继电器动作机构的动态特性进行仿真分析,并利用基于高速摄像机的测试装置及图像处理技术进行了验证。
This paper established a magnetic latching relay's action mechanism model by using multi-body dynamics software ADAMS, and built a contact spring model by using finite element analysis software Ansys and analyzed spring's antiforce. Combining with the advantages of ADAMS and Ansys in stiff and flexible body respectively, the paper also did the simulation analysis for dynanlic characteristics of magnetic latching relay's action mechanism, and the verification by using high-speed video test equipment and image processing technology.
