摘要
从一般治疗、运动疗法、针灸疗法、推拿疗法等方面综述了退行性腰椎不稳症的保守治疗概况,认为中医疗法能缓解大多数患者的症状,但在其预防方面还应进一步发展。
This paper reviews the conservative treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis on general treatment, mobilization treatment, acupuncture and massage therapy. TCM treatment can relieve the symptoms in most of the patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis, but the prevention needs to develop further.
