Study on the stability of sodium hydrosulfite during storage and transportation process

摘要 为了研究保险粉储运过程中的热稳定性,利用C600微型量热仪考察温升速率、水份、酸雨对保险粉热分解特性的影响,分析对保险粉在常温常压下的热分解反应进行研究。考察了温升速率对保险粉热分解特性的影响,并利用热分析技术求解其分解动力学参数—分解活化能、和模拟了绝热条件下达到最大反应速率时间Tmrad等动力学参数。对应的放热温度,同时也分析了水份和酸雨对保险粉储运过程中稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着温升速率的增加,保险粉热分解起始放热温度在逐渐增大;,水份和酸雨均对保险粉的分解具有促进作用,其反应起始放热温度比保险粉分别降低了95.5℃和101.2℃,放热量分别增大了31J/g和446J/g,失控分解危险性大大增加。有模拟结果得知,保险粉且分解活化能E值在150-210kJ/mol之间。模拟绝热条件下Tmrad对应的放热温度表明且在常温常压条件下,干燥保险粉几乎不会发生自燃危险性。而水份和酸雨均对保险粉的分解具有促进作用,与纯保险粉相比,其反应起始放热温度分别降低了95.5℃和101.2℃,放热量分别增大了31J/g和446J/g,失控分解危险性大大增加。 The thermal decomposition reaction characteristics of sodium hydrosulfite were studied by the C600 mi- cro-calorimeter at the ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure in order to investigate the thermal stability dur- ing the storage or transportation process. The effect of heating rate,water and acid rain on the thermal decomposi- tion reaction of sodium hydrosulfite were measured by the C600 micro-calorimeter. The decomposition kinetic pa- rameters-decomposition activation energy by thermal analysis technique, and T,,r^d were also analyzed. Simultane- ously, the effects of water and acid rain to sodium hydrosulfite during storage and transportation were analyzed. The research showed that the temperature rise rate caused a significant increase of initial exothermic temperature of the thermal decomposition. The decomposition of sodium hydrosulfite was promoted by both water and acid rain, the in- itial exothermic temperature of the reaction was decreased by 95.5℃ and 101.2℃ and heat release increased 31J /g and 446J / g, the risk increased bigger. The simulated result showed that the value of the decomposition activation energy E of sodium hydrosulfite was between 150 - 210k J/tool. In adiabatic conditions Tmrad corresponding to the exothermic temperature showed that the sodium hydrosulfite almost had not spontaneous combustion risk at room temperature and atmospheric pressure.
