摘要
通过对比两种转速测量方法提出转矩电流估算法来测定电动机转速,该方法在不额外增加硬件的情况下就可完成对电动机转速的准确估算。该方法包含转矩电流判断、频率搜索电压的设定、频率搜索成功条件判断等。经多次验证,基于转矩电流估算法可顺利实现变频器失电跨越功能,同时,基于此算法可完成变频器"工切变"功能。这些功能的起用,大大提高了变频器现场运行的可靠性。
Torque current estimation method by comparing the two speed measurement methods to determine the motor speed, the accurate estimation of the motor speed could be completed in no additional hardware. The method included the torque current of the judgment, the frequency search voltage setting, the frequency search success condition judgment. After validation at the scene of multiple, based on the torque current estimation method could successfully achieve the inverter power failure across functions, at the same time the complete inverter work shear, based on this algorithm. These features enabled, greatly improving the reliability of the inverter field operation.
