摘要
目的探讨质粒介导的Ⅰ型β-内酰胺酶(AmpCs)的检测方法。方法用直接法、间接Ⅰ法和间接Ⅱ法对1053株细菌进行了质粒AmpCs检测,并对结果进行了比较。结果共检出阳性菌156株,可疑菌13株,直接法检出率最低,间接Ⅰ法和间接Ⅱ法的检出率相近,在部分可疑结果的判断上,间接Ⅰ法不如间接Ⅱ法。结论间接Ⅱ法操作方便,可避免一些不良因素的影响,准确性和特异性高,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective To probe the detection method of the plamsmid mediated AmpCs. Methods We used the cefoxitin 3 dimensional test（direct,indirect Ⅰ and indirect Ⅱ ） to detect 1053 bacterial isolates and also compared the detection resuhs. Results 156 positive isolates were detected out and 13 isolates were suspicious hacteria, ln the detection rate,the direct test was lowest,and the indirect Ⅰ test and the indirect Ⅱtest were similar.The indirect Ⅱ test was better than the indirect Ⅰ test in judging some suspicious results. Conclusion The indirect Ⅱ test is very easy to operate and can avoid the influence of some harmful factors with high accuracy and high specificity,and worth using in clinical practice.
