摘要
【目的】观察射干麻黄汤联合穴位贴敷对感染后咳嗽患者的咳嗽程度、咯痰、咽痒不适等的影响,探讨其治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效,为感染后咳嗽提供更多的治疗方案。【方法】将感染后咳嗽病例120例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组给予射干麻黄汤联合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组给予酮替芬、中药颗粒安慰剂治疗,疗程为7 d。观察2组治疗前、治疗第3天和治疗第7天的主要临床症状变化情况,并评价2种治疗方案的疗效。【结果】(1)治疗组治愈率为25.0%,总有效率为93.3%;对照组治愈率为11.6%,总有效率为80.0%,治疗组的治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗前2组患者的咳嗽﹑咯痰﹑咽痒﹑总症候积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗第3天和第7天后,2组患者的咳嗽﹑咯痰﹑咽痒﹑总症候积分均显著降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);在治疗第7天时,除咽痒外,治疗组的其他症候积分降低幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗组的咳嗽缓解时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)治疗中未见1例患者出现明显不良反应。【结论】射干麻黄汤联合穴位贴敷治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效优于酮替芬,能更好地缓解咳嗽、咯痰等症状。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction combined with acupointapplication in treating the post-infection cough. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with post-infection cough were equally randomized into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Shegan Mahuang Decoction combined with acupoint application, and the control group was treated with Ketotifen and Chinese herbal medicine particles placebo, the treatment lasting 7 days. The changes of main symptoms were observed before treatment, 3 and 7 days after treatment, and then the therapeutic effect in both groups was evaluated. Results （ 1 ） The cure rate of the treatment group was 25.0% and the total efficiency was 93.3%. In the control group, the cure rate was 11.6% and the total efficiency was 80. 0%. The differences of cure rate and total efficiency were significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. （ 2 ） The differences of total scores of symptoms such as cough, expectoration, and itching in the throat were insignificant between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment for 3 and 7 days, the total scores of symptoms were decreased obviously in both groups （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 compared with those before treatment）. On treatment day 7, the decrease of score of all symptoms except for itching in throat in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. （3） Time for cough relief was shorter in the treatment group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. （4） Adverse reaction was not found in the two groups. Conclusion Shegan Mahuang Decoction combined with acupoint application is effective and safe in treating the post-infection cough, and has better effect on relieving the symptoms of cough and expectoration than Ketotifen.
