摘要
介绍了一个在碱性条件下,以10%Pd/C做催化剂,四苯硼钠与4-溴苯甲酸在水相中进行Suzuki偶联反应得到4-苯基苯甲酸。可将此项目应用在本科生有机化学实验教学中,有助于提高学生参与科研的兴趣和水平。
An experiment design for Pd/C - catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction of 4 - bromobenzoic acid with sodium tetraphenylborate could be achieved in alkali aqueous solution. This experiment could be carried out in an undergraduate course Organic Chemistry Experiments, and improve the interest and level of students to participate in the scientific re- search.
