摘要
农药是用来保护农作物及其产品,使之不受或少受虫害、病原微生物以及杂草的危害,促进农作物生长的化学药剂。同时,农药对环境产生的负面影响也是不容忽视的。农药残留检测技术的发展集中在两大方面:一是快速检测技术的研究;二是样品前处理方法的研究。主要研究内容是样品前处理方法。
Pesticides were used to protect crops and products, with no or few pests, pathogens and weeds damage, which were the chemicals used to promote the growth of the crops. At the same time, the negative impact on the environ- ment should not be ignored. There were two main difficulties in pesticide residue determination, rapid detection and sam- ple pretreatment. The purpose was to develop the pretreatment means.
