摘要
目的高龄孕妇分娩助产的护理方法与效果。方法选择2010年4月—2012年3月的住院助产产妇120例,在分娩积极注药镇痛同时给予积极的护理。结果随着镇痛注药时间的延长,VAS评分逐渐降低,不同时间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后本组产妇舒张压明显降低,而心率波动也明显趋缓(P<0.05)。结论高龄孕妇分娩助产的护理能有效缓解分娩疼痛的效果,减少血压与心率波动,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the care methods and effects of childbirth midwifery for the older pregnant women. Methods Select 120 cases of older pregnant women from April 2010 to March 2012, all cases were given injection analgesia and actively at the same time were given positive care. Results With the extension of analgesic injection time, VAS score were decreased gradually, different time contrast differences wei＇e significant （P〈 0.05）. and the blood pressure was significantly reduced after care, and heart rate fluctuations were also slowed down（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Care of childbirth midwifery for the older pregnant women can effectively alleviate the effect of labor pain, reduce blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations, should be widely applied.
