摘要
针对湖南省内火电厂陆续购进与设计煤质特性差异较大的高挥发分低熔点印尼煤的现状,对印尼煤煤质特性进行分析,探讨双进双出钢球磨燃用印尼煤过程中存在的问题,立足于某600 MW机组实际运行情况,提出双进双出钢球磨直吹式制粉系统燃用印尼煤的安全技术措施。
Characteristics of Indonesian coal is analyzed, and problems existing in coal mill process using double into-ended steel ball is discussed aimed to the situation that thermal power plants in Hunan province continued to buy Indonesian coal with high-vocatility ＆ lower-melting point. According to the real operation of 600 MW units, the safety technical measurements of the dual-in dual-out direct-fired system of Indonesian coal are presented.
