摘要
采用气相色谱法研究了多效唑在水稻植株、稻田水样及土壤中的消解动态。样品采用不同混合溶剂提取,二氯甲烷液液分配,弗罗里硅土柱净化,GC-NPD检测,外标法定量。结果表明:添加浓度为0.02~5.0 mg/kg水平时,平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为72.16%~103.6%和0.78%~9.65%,最低检出量为0.02 mg/kg,多效唑在水样、土壤和植株中的半衰期分别为2.5~3.9、9.4~20.3和2.7~3.5 d。
The decline trend of paelobutrazol in paddy, water and soil samples was determined by GC. The samples were extracted with different mixed solvent, distributed with dichloromethane and purified on the column of florisil, followed by determination using GC-NPD. The results showed that the average recoveries of different methods varied from 72.16% to 103.6% , with the relative standard deviation (RSD) 0.78% - 9. 65% measured at 0.02 - 5.0 mg/kg fortification level. The half-life periods of paelobutrazol were 2.5 3.9 d in water, 9.4 - 20.3 d in soil and 2.7 - 3.5 d in paddy.
